In Lab data Recovery

Our standard in lab recovery cases will be worked on along with our other cases during regular hours. These recoveries have a turnaround time of 4-8 days. If your drive is urgent we also offer EXPEDITED and EMERGENCY recoveries. 

To make recovery as fast and seamless as possible, we have a simple 6 step process.

First, call our recovery specialists or submit a quote request for a free recovery consultation and evaluation. 

Second, we'll email you a shipping label for you to send your drive directly to our lab, or you can deliver your drive to one of our many offices across the country.

Third, once your drive has arrived at our lab, our recovery engineers will perform an in depth analysis to give you a more accurate quote, at which time you can decide if a recovery is a viable option for you. 

Fourth, our engineers will perform your recovery while providing you with updates throughout the process. 

  Fifth, your recovered data will be put onto a new drive and shipped back to you.
